  • Advance payment

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of agreed advance payment and/or signed agreement.

Cancellation & Refund

  • All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

  • In case of cancellation after confirmation, no refund shall be issued.

  • Cancellation shall be governed as per mutual written understanding.

  • If artists, venues, or vendors have been engaged, their cancellation policies shall apply.

  • Any loss incurred by the Company due to cancellation shall be recoverable from the Client.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be considered subject to availability and mutual written agreement. Additional costs may apply.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, artist unavailability, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company, including its directors, employees, and partners, shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Website downtime

  • Third-party defaults

Use of our website and services is at your own risk.
